Do we have to replace our current systems?
Absolutely not! We selectively integrate the systems and partners worth retaining, and target the manual work, spreadsheets, and gaps between them.
What is the Archer Method™?
Archer’s library of process knowledge, architectural frameworks, user experience design and our structured approach to rapid solution development and daily incremental value delivery.
What happens in complimentary discovery?
Archer facilitates a collaborative workshop to examine your current manual processes, pain points, systems, and goals to identify the areas you'd like to improve.
Is a proof of concept free?
Yes. After the Discovery Workshop, the Archer team will develop a complimentary proof of concept (POC) to show both how Archer works and how your solution comes to life on the Fibery platform.
How quickly will we see something?
Archer's Value Delivery model is designed to show value on a daily basis. We call these "Value Drops" and they are designed to allow your organization to start seeing a return on your investment immediately and to get real-time feedback from your team.
Can Fibery integrate with our systems?
Absolutely! Archer can quickly design any integration and leverage Fibery's robust capabilities to connect via API, EDI or File Uploads. Additionally, Archer's Connected Workspace(tm), which is built in Fibery, is constantly updated to add new connections to industry data for Supply Chain Events, Procurement Portals, Tax Calculations, Currency Exchange Rates and other useful data sources.
What about security, ownership, and support?
Most Archer customers choose to have their own Fibery subscription and workspace and for Archer to build within that. You own the resulting solutions, and we're here to support you. Some customers prefer that we train and mentor their teams so they can continue to innovate and automate after Archer delivers the initial solutions. We can also provide very affordable ongoing support, if you need us.
